After a successful run way back in 2016, the off-road-ready Chevy Silverado Realtree Edition will return for the 2021 model year.
This rugged rig will be based on the 2021 Chevy Silverado Custom Trail Boss, so it’ll have all the off-road bits you need for tackling most trails, including a 2-inch factory suspension lift and 20-inch black wheels with Goodyear Wrangler Territory MT On-Off Road Tires. Also included will be the Z71 Off-Road Package, which includes monotube Rancho® shocks, hill-descent control, an automatic locking rear differential, skid plates and an AutoTrac® two-speed transfer case.
Powering all this sweet ruggedness is either a standard 5.3-liter V-8 with 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque or an optional 6.2-liter V-8 with 420 horses and 460 pounds of twist.
Setting the Realtree edition apart from the rest of the Trailboss Silverados on the road are exclusive interior and exterior bits. On the outside, it’ll gain a Realtree camouflage graphic on the side of the bed and center of the hood, a Realtree-logo’d bed liner, black Silverado and Z71 badging, black rectangular dual-exhaust tips, and 4-inch black round assist steps.
Inside, Chevy sets this rig apart with a camouflaged insert on each the door-panel armrest.
The 2021 Silverado Realtree Edition will hit showrooms in the summer of 2020. Pricing will be available as we get closer to its on-sale date.
