Garber and Saginaw go together.
Purchased a used vehicle with a trade-in this afternoon through Sales Consultant Troy Martin. Particularly being from the Detroit area, Troy and the entire staff at Garber Saginaw were excellent in working with me over the phone and through email on the purchase agreement, answering all of my questions and providing timely courteous follow up. Upon the drive up to close the transaction, Troy was prepared, personal and professional. I was greeted warmly, the paperwork in order with no surprises, the vehicle was immaculate regardless of the rainy conditions and everything was gone over in detailed simplicity..... In over twenty five vehicle purchases through the years, it was a refreshingly wonderful and rare vehicle buying experience. I drove home with my new truck that afternoon a very happy and satisfied customer.Thanks again Troy and to all the behind-the-scenes folks at Garber that helped make my first-time purchase experience there a genuine pleasure.....love the truck!!!
It was my first time there. Marci was my service writer and will continue to be. Her and the technician made sure my truck was in, washed, and out in a timely fashion.
Salesman Ryan McFarland was great to work with. He did everything he said he would do. As a whole had a great experience with Garber.
The service area and waiting room were very clean. So that was a plus. However, I did not recognize any of the greeters in the service bay. They seemed to be unfamiliar with what they were doing. And $50 for a oil change is a bit much... just say'n. The free car wash... A good rain storm could do better.. Again just say'n. I miss the friendly attitudes of Martins.
Bill Case made it extremely easy for out vehicle purchase today. I would highly suggest him for your next vehile, man of integrity up front and honest my kind of sales person!
